Cancellation Policy
Be Inspired Educational Center Drop-In Childcare Online Booking Policy 1. Booking & Payment • All drop-in childcare services must be booked and paid for online in advance. • All rates are final at the time of booking. • Payments are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed. 2. No-Show Policy • If a parent/guardian does not show up for their scheduled childcare service, no refund or credit will be issued. 3. Late Pickup Policy • Parents/guardians are expected to pick up their child(ren) at the scheduled time. • A $25 late fee per hour will be charged for every hour beyond the scheduled pickup time. 4. Modifications & Cancellations • Once a booking is confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled for a refund. • Parents may contact the center to check availability for rescheduling, but rescheduling is not guaranteed. 5. Agreement to Policy By completing the online booking, parents/guardians acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms outlined in this policy.
